Request SprayLedger account deletion
Request deletion of a SprayLedger app account, workspace access, and associated personal data. We verify requests before deleting data or removing access.

Sign in if asked, then open account settings. Signed-in requests include account and workspace context automatically.
Before you request deletion
- Use signed-in account settings when possible. If you cannot sign in, send the form below or email hello@sprayledger.com.
- Include the email address used for SprayLedger and the company or workspace name, if applicable.
- If you own a workspace with active billing, include whether billing should be canceled, ownership should transfer, or the workspace should close. Invoices and tax records may still be retained.
- If you still have unsynced work on a device, sync or export anything you need before requesting deletion.
What happens next
- Your app account and associated personal data can be deleted after verification.
- Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
- Workspace records, field records, approvals, exports, invoices, tax records, security logs, and backup copies may be retained where required for legal, contractual, security, or audit reasons.
- If you belong to a company workspace, the Account Owner may still control workspace records that are not personal account data.
